Though you probably haven't met me yet, you can get a summary of what I'm like here! On this page, I give a brief description of myself, my previous education, and my career goals. I hope you enjoy reading about my life so far!
As an undergraduate student in the Mechatronics Engineering program at The University of Waterloo, I had the opportunity to gain a comprehensive education in both electrical and mechanical engineering. Throughout my time in the program, I was exposed to a wide range of topics, including control systems, digital logic design, and robotics.
One of the highlights of my undergraduate experience was working on group projects with my peers. These projects allowed me to apply the knowledge and skills I had learned in the classroom to real-world engineering problems. For example, I worked on a project where we designed and built a remote-controlled robot that could navigate through an obstacle course. This project required us to use our knowledge of control systems, electronics, and programming to successfully complete the task.
Another significant part of my education was the co-op positions that took part in. These job opportunities really solidified my understanding of software engineering and taught me how to implement my knowledge of programming practices and system designs.

As a university student, there is nothing quite as enjoyable as the pursuit of personal hobbies. Among the countless activities that captivate me, playing the guitar and engaging in music production hold a special place in my heart.
Initially a novice guitarist, my dedication propelled me to new heights. I honed my skills, and delved into the realms of music production with FL Studios. The art of mixing and mastering tracks has become my calling, and through this immersive experience, I have forged meaningful connections with other producers and audio engineers.
Unlike some of my peers, I didn't delve into the world of software development and coding until later on. It wasn't until my first year at university, after accepting an offer from The University of Waterloo for an engineering program, that I started exploring this field. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my high school computer science course, pursuing a software engineering or computer science program hadn't crossed my mind at the time.
However, everything changed during that first year. I felt a renewed passion for creating programs and apps, and it lit a fire within me. Since then, I've been wholeheartedly dedicated to honing my skills as a software developer, constantly striving to improve. The experiences I gained through internships, like the one at Vidyard, fueled my enthusiasm for innovation and collaborative project development. I find immense joy in working on full-stack, mobile, and infrastructure development, and I'm eager to expand my expertise in these areas.
As I continue on this journey of growth, I'm determined to broaden my knowledge in emerging sectors such as machine learning and cryptography. I believe that staying up-to-date with these advancements will be crucial in shaping the future of technology.
